Would you fight screaming you hate me?
I don’t know but my heart longs to be with you

If I admired your beauty,
Would you give me time to perform my duty?
If I called you by your name in the dark,
Would you recognize my voice and come back?
I don’t know but my heart longs to love you.

If I spent most of my time with you,
Would you let your emotions come out true?
If I was rude in my speech,
Would you accept me and make my heart rich?
I don’t know but my heart wants to hold you.

If I stood next to you so close,
Would you move away and leave my heart froze?
If I shed emerald tears for you,
Would you sympathize and get me through?
I don’t know but I love you.

If I wrote you a passionate poem that made you cry,
Would you let me wipe your tears away at least a try?
Now that you know I love you to death,
Will you give me a second breath?
Will you love me back?
