Who We Are The purpose of PREDHO is to promote the recognition and acceptance of drug trafficking, DSA, HIV/AIDs and Poverty among the most marginalized populations and mobilize resources, communities, the government and development players in the fight and campaign against the above while at the same time building capacities of individuals, organizations and groups to effectively act as campaigns agents on the above. History PREDHO had its formation, from one painful experience of Judy Akinyi, popularly known as deadly “money maker”. The noble, scholarly and admirable lady, who had to experience the pain of drug trafficking through imprisonment just because she wanted to make ends meet. Her testimony is more of a movie, and just an opportunity and God send window of hope for all of us. “The deadly money maker”, Her book is a must read.
